2011 Offering Record:

Your church contribution record from the Financial Dept. will be ready for pick-up after service today.

Cooking class:

The cooking class will be held next Sat. (2/11), 10:00am-12:00pm. We will be learning how to make Thai steamed rolls and chicken laksa. Cost is $10 for the ingredients. If you are interested, please sign up with Janet Chung or Po Ting Chan after service in the foyer today.

Upcoming Baptism:

Our next baptism will be held on Easter Sunday (4/8) during our combined worship service. For those who would like to be baptized or have recently decided to become a member of our church, please contact Pastor Mark or Deacons for details. Membership applications are due TODAY. The membership application forms & procedures are located in the foyer.

Mission Fundraising:

Marie Callender's Pie Sale for Missions Fund. Pies are $15 each. Order and pay for pies on Sun 2/19 from Evelyn Hsu; pick up pies at church on 2/26.

"Light Up the World" mark your calendars and save the date for an evening of fun, good food and great gifts. We will be having a Missions Dinner Fundraiser on Sat., 3/24. Tickets will go on sale on 3/4. We will have a Silent Auction, raffle tickets for door prices and a delicious home cooked meal.

Council Meeting:

Council Meeting will be held next Sun (2/12) at 12:30pm in the library. All pastoral staff members, deacons, department chairs and department members please attend.

Women's Gathering:

Join us for a Women's Gathering! Get away from the busyness of life & spend time in worship, the Word, and fellowship with other sisters in Christ. Speaker Michele Pillar will be sharing about "God, The Untangler ~ Sorting Through Life's Clothesline" on Sat 3/17/12, 9:30am-4pm at Alhambra True Light Presbyterian Church. Cost is $30. Please contact Sharon Lee (sharon@mpcbc.net) for registration information.

Prayer Meeting Schedule:

Church prayer meeting is held at 9:00am every Sunday in the Library. Home prayer meetings are held at 8:30pm on 1st & 3rd Wednesday nights. See Pastor Mark or Deacons for more details.

English Adult Sunday School:

College and Career Sunday School class meets upstairs above the family room in the Fellowship Hall every Sunday morning at 9:45am. Please be on time.

SS class for adults (age 30 & up) meets at 9:45am in the Library
